Drove to San Diego the other day and stopped by Table 926; It’s literally located on 926. I love taking drives to San Diego, I love the people, food, and the atmosphere. Their downtown is definitely more ‘down to earth’ than L.A’s downtown. The weather was unexpectedly cold and windy [I had no idea] and did not bring a thicker coat. So I went in my trunk to only find my black jacket that had been hidden and stowed away for I don’t know how long. I’m almost pretty certain that if it hadn’t been for that particular case, for me to look for an alternative option hidden in the back of my car, that it would have stayed out of sight. So what became a search for additional warmth ended up in a double layered double winged back scenario.

My Sundays usually consists of me stocking up on groceries, cleaning my apartment, cooking dinner, and catching up on some of my favorite shows. Out of all the days of the week, I always look forward to Sundays because I’m completely stress-free.

No phone calls work, traffic, or noise usually interfere my Sundays. I’m such a homebody over the weekend because I’m barely home during the week.

Sometimes you just need that alone time with yourself to balance out your sanity, no? What days out the week do you guys enjoy the most?

This past weekend a friend and I took a trip to Palo Alto for dinner and crossed paths with an Apple Store located on a corner of a street.

Immediately, I was drawn to this store as we were walking past it. At first glance, I could not tell why there were sticky notes all over the windows but when I leaned over to read a few of them I realized there were notes to Steve Jobs.

It was a bit overwhelming trying to read as many notes as possible but there were a few that I gravitated towards more than others. It was such a touching yet inspirational experience to witness strangers from different parts of the world come together to form a sort of unification of gratitude for this man that completely revolutionized the digital world.

It just goes to show how much of an impact one person can have to the world. With that being said, Steve Jobs will be forever missed and I am too grateful to have even witnessed his ingenious and extraordinary creations.
