Went out for brunch at Tart with my sister and Elena yesterday. As a result, I wore this Motel Rocks dress. It’s been a while since I’ve worn a dress so that probably explains my extreme feeling of ‘girl-y-ness’. I haven’t owned anything in turquoise (or anything remotely close to that colour) but I’ve grown to accept that bold colours may possibly look alright on me.

I know I’ve already introduced the new addition to my family to you guys but I thought I’d do a formal post with him. I am completely in love and it’s been such a fun ride being a new mommy and caring for him!
Donatello is only two months old and is getting bigger and bigger everyday.
On another note, this dress from Zara is too perfect for words. It’s so light and airy I feel like I could wear it out and back home to sleep in. I like to think of it as an multi-purposeful dress.

More random trips to the desert and I think it will turn into a monthly routine. Dusty side roads, abandoned homes, and the emptiness from all around was the basis of our afternoon trip. I loved not having bystanders in my peripheral and working with a deserted area. The wind might have been both my peek and downfall of this post.

Who knew that a slip dress and blazer could give a touch of classic effortless appeal? Excuse the scratches and band-aids. That, on the other hand, is not so appealing. I’m such a dork; I fell while I was running and landed knee first. Me and Sophie laughed for hours..and still laugh about it when topic of discussion. I can’t believe we laugh at the dumbest things like people getting hurt. Minor injuries of course, we’re not that evil, but still immature I admit. Anyway, along with that injury required me getting a new iPhone. Though I hate cases, I like this one I picked up from the Apple Store. SoOoo me.
