More random trips to the desert and I think it will turn into a monthly routine. Dusty side roads, abandoned homes, and the emptiness from all around was the basis of our afternoon trip. I loved not having bystanders in my peripheral and working with a deserted area. The wind might have been both my peek and downfall of this post.

Had these shots taken right before the sunset and right before L.A’s bipolar weather drop.
Wool and mesh knit sweater, pale pink skinnies, and sandals with no accessories [except for my Ray-Ban shades] equals pretty straight forward. ‘Straight forward’ looks are always the easiest to pull together last minute. Sometimes avoiding any thoughts and adding little to no effort, to think about what I am wearing for the day, is needed. I just let my hands do the talking and mind do the walking.
Time to start looking for spring shoes. I want something comfortable yet cool enough to wear wherever I go. A nice platform sandal would be perfect but I also have my eyes on heels with a cool strap detail. The white Alexander Wang Joan Pump is calling my name..thinking about pre-ordering it. Which reminds me, I need to go paint my toes!
